Tony and I are available to timekeep for the August 9th. What course is it?

Very much appreciated! It's the R10/22 and Les should be there with the numbers (as he's gagging to ride it).

Perfect conditions on Thursday. Only my second attempt but managed to improve by a minute and a half on last time. Still got a long way to go to catch you guys.
Maintaining power for any length of time seems to be my problem and I have to resort to dropping down the gears and then struggle to get back up.
Is it better to try and keep in the high gears even though my legs are telling me otherwise?

Self selected cadence/gears are best. There is no 'best' gear. Just keep training at or slightly below your TT pace and you'll improve & find out what gears/cadence are best for you.
