Leaving Port Talbot 10am and heading over Briton Ferry bridge to join the cycle path to Skewen. Go through Morriston to the dvla then Penllagaer, and turn right at Pontardulais lights onto Garnswllt, Ammanford to GCG cafe for refreshments. Head home via Pontardawe, Bryncoch and Neath.
