At long last water street has been finally re opened.

I was beginning to think it was to become a permanent feature.

YES ,Boys and girls , the road has eventually opened, but be careful , there are now two concrete walls either side of the road ,and prority access signs i.e. Give way to oncoming vehicles,just be sure that the cars and lorries recognise us as vehicles!(some of us are quite large, so that should not present any problem)

Seems hardly worth the effort for the time they took. It's hard to tell if that pathway beside it is intended for bikes.
