Perfect route for distance and challenge on a Saturday morning, hope to fill my lungs and see you Saturday.

Another good ride, myself, Jeremy Jones, Jeremy Issac, Carwyn and Kasia headed up the Bwlch. Rode tempo to the top, then regrouped at the ice cream van. Descended to the cafe and had a couple of blasts up the mini bwlch and bettws before a well earned coffee and tea cake.
