hi gang, myself & spot got chatting yesterday & thought why dont we start thursday night rides back up again asap. how about round trading estate baglan again where we used to train. 6.30 to 7.30ish or if you get ther earlier just get some extra miles in before others turn up. at the minute as soon as winter apears most of us only get to meet up & ride on weekend, so come on guys lets get this rolling!

This is a great idea, unfortunately it clashes with a track session in Newport so don't know how many I could make but I love the idea of keeping something going through the winter

hi all , myself & jez are hoping to train tonight meeting bagglebrook 6.15 ish , more the merrier

Until further notice Thursdays meeting point will be Morrisons Supermarket at 6:30pm.
As Andy mentioned, the more the better so come on let's try and keep some fitness going through the winter (making use of Tarmac while mild weather is with us).

Recce tonight was a decent size rectangular lap on relatively well lit quiet roads (despite being tail end of rush hour).

I can't make tonight, so if anyone intends turning up let Andy Lewis know as I guess Andy may not show if no one else is expected.
