Ogmore Valley Wheelers will be introducing a new sporting course to the South Wales SPOCO series this year (promoted for and on behalf of Cycling Time Trials under their Rules and Regulations). RS/11 is a challenging 2 lap course totalling 20 miles, starting and finishing in the village of Peterston-super-Ely (nr Cardiff). A map of the course and lap profile are attached.

This could be one for the racing boys and girls, with no Tri-Bars permitted due to a narrow twisty section requiring heads up and hands over brakes! It could also be a unique opportunity to see people time trialling with aero lids, a disc wheel BUT....Drop Handlebars! Alternatively just bring your racing bike as it is and forget about all the gear.
