Will has reported that there are roadworks on the upper part of the course.

Drove the course today and there are roadworks with temporary lights at the Tower Colliery Roundabout.
We'll have to start after the roadworks meaning a 23.5 (or whatever it is) mile course. Alternately, we've got a Police Form in for a 10 on the back road but then we'd have the problem of some riders going to the Resolven sign on and some riders going to the Glynneath sign on. Decision Time - Sign on will be in the Glynneath lay-bys (i.e. at the end of the slip road leading to the traffic lights at the northern end of Glynneath) and we'll take it from there. Had to shorten the course to 23.3 miles.
