Is there a ramblers ride on a sunday as i have not seen a post

Hi Mike, how are you keeping?
For various reasons, the ramblers ride sort of petered out. However, there are usually a few people going for a quiet ride from the Plaza on a Sunday morning. All the other rides are still going on various days. This Sunday is our club's 'Rod Robinson Memorial' 50 mile time trial, and the organisers still need a few more helpers. The HQ is at the TRW club Resolven and helpers should be there around 0800hrs. First bike sets off at 0825hrs  _______________ Born to ride  (Unless it's raining  ) |

oh ok, just have to print out the times and days see when i can ride. are you out on the bike these days kev?
oh and im good been busy on the house so i have nt been out with the wheelers for a while, but been on the bike to work and every now and again cycle up to glyncorrwg on the road to keep my fitness ok, oh and running around after my little one. |

I try to get out on the Wednesday and Friday rides mostly, and sometimes Saturday. Otherwise I ride over my way (Swansea Valley) on Sat/Sun.
