Since around the time of fitting new cleats a few weeks back my knees have been giving me trouble. Though it seems the obvious cause of the problem I am not so sure, as I have checked and double checked how the shoes sit and align on the peddles, visually they seem similar to before.
Would welcome any suggestions (no obscenities please) or if any knows of local bike/shoe fit guru.

I resorted to putting a (pretty thick) washer under one of the corners of my cleats, so as to change the angle. It has made things much better, but the problem was with my feet, not my knees.
When in doubt, improvise _______________ Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me.

My legs feel terrible on the bike after fitting new cleats and I put it down to going from worn out cleats to new ones which are obviously a few mm thicker. See if the problem persists after they've worn down a bit? _______________ The Force is strong in this one...

My Legs feel terrible every time I go out on the bike, regardless of the age of my cleats... I put it down to being 2 stone over weight. If the problem persists I train harder until I've worn down a bit
