According to the report on British cycling web site, Dan Pearson collided into a parked car and was taken to hospital. Fingers crossed everything is ok.

Rhys Lloyd managed to get fourth place. Well done because it was horrible out there!

I've Spoken to Ruth (Dan's Mum) and she said he's been a lucky boy........Apparently he's come away from the accident suffering from a bit of concussion and some nasty abrasions. Fortunately nothings broken so I'm sure we'll all be glad to hear he'll be out and about, ripping our legs off again..... and hopefully quite shortly...

If he had a sensible short haircut he would have been able to see where he was going!
