Administrator	There was a South Wales DC meeting tonight and it was agreed to invite all (time-trial) Open Event Secretaries and Club Secretaries to an informal briefing/meeting on Tuesday, February 7th at 19.30hrs at the TRW Club in Resolven. The purpose of the meeting is just to reaffirm what is required when running an open event, offer guidance and to deal with any local issues. Hopefully, the meeting should end by about 21.00hrs.
