I was talking to Steffan who is the owner of the new cycle shop in Porthcawl and he tells me he's having an "Open Evening" on Thursday 17th November between 6:30 and 8:30 Pm.
His idea is to get people in so he can talk to serious cyclists of the kind of things we want him to stock in the shop. He does have some good ideas one of which, is to offer discounts to those people who are members local cycling clubs, so I think it may be worth a visit.
Apparently as well as his normal stock, he is going to have some high end Scott and Felt machines available to touch and feel and for those feeling flush, with the Rep on hand, there would some serious discounts available for on the night purchases.
