PTW

5 guys riding tempo in single file coming up to St Brides and suddenly there's a car blasting its horn at us from behind. A blonde woman in a grey 1 series BMW swerves outside us on a blind bend (still blasting the horn) and is met by oncoming traffic. She then carrears in to the side of the 5 guys (me at the back) to avoid the oncoming cars. She stalls for a second - enough time for me signal to her that she is crazy and decides to have another go, this time coming along side me with the passenger window down shouting. She cuts in to the line again and eventually passes us nearly taking our man at the front out.

I dont know guys, I guess we put this down as a near miss, but whats it coming to? I'm probably one of the biggest critics on how we conduct ourselves as a group on the road, but there was nothing amiss here, we were right in the side of the road with Tank putting the hammer down.

Anyone get the licence plate?

Andy, glad you didn't get hurt, as it sounds as if the driver had lost it big time.

Blonde woman, BMW, do we need to say anymore? Probably late for her hair appointment.

May be worth contacting the Police to make a formal complaint, as her description may already be on file or come up again. Also, it is surprising the areas covered by CCTV nowadays, so boys in blue may be able to identify car/driver. Hopefully, before someone is seriously hurt by her actions.

I agree with Jez, report it ASAP Andy, with all the available info, before this total a--h--e does wipe out some innocent person. Also relieved that nobody got hurt. These people are so brave while being protected by a ton of metal. It's very frustrating!

That wasn't the only one today coming down the bypass just before we got back to port Talbot another tough guy surrounded by a ton of metal van blasting his horn like a demented jerk just wish he had stopped and I could have then shown how to blow his horn they are all so tough in their cars until they kill someone

JUST TO CONFIRM WHAT KEV WAS SAYING ,THE IDIOT COMING BEHIND US WAS SIGNALLING TO GO LEFT ALL THE WAY DOWN THAT STRETCH ,I EASED BACK THINKING HE WANTED TO TURN LEFT INTO THE NEW ROAD AREA,BUT HE KEPT GOING BLOWING HIS HORN?SORRY I DIDNT GET HIS NUMBER,,PLUS THE FACT IF ANY ONE HAD COME DOWN, THIS A8888888 WAS SO CLOSE HE COULD,NT HAVE STOPPED IN TIME
