Cardiff 100 milers 25. first out of the blocks was hugh davies with a 58-21. then it was my turn with a 57-24. pritch was a dns. stuffing his self in preperation for next years 12. the shock of the day was andy evans time of 53-01 on the board. riders coming up to me asking who,s this andy evans. i said he,s our new secret weapon. he must have had a stealth skinsuite on because he wasn,t there. dns. not as good as your reports les but i,m trying.

It was me I'm sure! I've really been putting in the work this last few months, I look at the bike every morning in the garage, drink an energy drink at lunch time, think about riding when i get home, then after all that, settle down to a few beers and a curry!!
Seriously though, I'm up to my eyeballs in antibiotics and lacking some serious motivation! so any help appreciated!
PS, can I use that time on my next entry? It'll be a PB for me!!!
