just like to say thank you to Dave Lloyd for organizing the annual 4 up. An even bigger thanks to Mark Hillier, Dai williams and JD for letting me get back on when my legs and head went 10 miles into the race, when the team off behind us flew past us on those funny bikes. Thank you boys, look forward to next year.

Wow. Gambo, Rhys and spot just blew me away. At 10 miles I could not get back on after a short stint at the front. My heart, lungs and legs would not give any more. They had a severe workout just for the 20 mins I was there.
Didn't have the power or speed yesterday, my training been all long rides (80-100 miles) at ironman pace with long runs after or day after up to 23 miles for the last 4 weeks. Think I was tired starting but even on my day of days dont think I could sustain that for 52 mins. Well done the 3 of you Did anyone pick up a specialised aero bottle after the race at the clubhouse? |

would also like to say thanks for running and organising this years event. Was only my 5th ever TT and second 4up. Really enjoyed it, thought all the marshalls and volunters and push-offer's were great.
I also have a question, there was a photographer in one of the laybys who looked kind of 'official' does anyone know if there will be pictures published from this event - as It would be nice to get a shot of the team in action. Cheers, Justin. |
