Would anyone like to sponsor me for a charity ride i will be undertaking on 30th july please?
It is being organised by Geraint Thomas and his girlfriend Sara who recently lost her grandfather to the terrible disease Alzheimers.
The ride is over 1 day and is a 160 mile route from Cardiff to Denbigh cricket club.
Geraint and Sara are riding on a Tandem!!! but as he says his training for it is "a loop of France" a couple of weeks before!!!
I have to raise a minimum of £200 to take part (all of which goes to charity).
Could anyone willing to sponsor me leave details here please, and i will catch up with you asap.
