I looked up superfluous in the Oxford Dic and said more than sufficent, just in case there are is a few more dummies like me out there.

I've no idea what's happened to my legs this year. Ok, I lost a bit of weight. Chasing a baby around does that for you. But last night was a PB for me on the 10/23 by a full minute. Weird, but very satisfying.

I imagine Les and Chris's heads had been totally done in by our friendly neighbourhood protestor.

I was hoping the adrenalin rush would have helped..... but to no avail........ I think Young Master McGlaughlin must have had mine.... What a Ride............... Came past me like I was standing still...... And I was going DOWN! the Rock and fountain at the time..... LOL
