it took me a further 30 minutes to do the remaining 9. (ouch!)
Coming back up the valley as I re entered the dual carriageway I was met with a wall of rushing air that had me standing on the 55 X 21 going down the ramp of the Aberdulais Roundabout. It was so hard I started laughing
....... On the approach to Resolven Roundabout i was in tears, Real tears as my legs buckled under the strain.... Why wasn't this a club ten so I could turn off.
I have never experienced so much pain as passing the ponds on the way to Mcdonalds roundabout...... (ok that is an exaggeration.... it wasn't quite as bad a trying to follow Spot up the same stretch of road in the 2 up earlier this year)
....... All I could think of was........... Its only 1.5 miles how can it be taking so long? For anyone who started Chapeaux, for anyone that finished you deserve a medal.
