Just a reminder that we have a club event tomorrow and whilst it's meant to be a chance for our two-up squads to hone their skills there's no problem with any solo riders having a go.
Signing-on starts at about 10.40hrs for a prompt 11.00hrs start. _______________ "The most important thing in life is not to have the most, but to need the least.” Plato (my favourite Disney character).

The 'trial run' 2-up 10-mile TT was won by Gary Gregory and Dai Triggs with a time of 30:44 and we had two solo riders (both on road bikes);
Les Thomas 29:47
Jez Jones 30:35 _______________ "The most important thing in life is not to have the most, but to need the least.” Plato (my favourite Disney character).

BLISTERINGLY GOOD TIMES I THOUGHT..........
Right Guys, I rode this on my Road bike (which is the first time I've ridden a TT on the drops)and had a terrible stitch from around 2 miles couldn't get rid of it all the way round and ended up having to ride on the hoods. Never had it before, but the pain was excruciating.
When I finished I really felt my seat height was too low and that crouching over the bars didn't allow me to breath. Anyone else experienced it or got any cures............ COS I never want to feel like that again LOL
