Elite ride this week
we will leave Palma outside the hotel 10:00. Palma - Llucmajor - Campos - Santanyi - follow the coast road to Portcristo - up to Manacor - Petra square for a spot of lunch. Back through ther lanes to Palma. Bang tidy. Lol _______________ sleep is for the weak |

I did a "not so elite" ride around the vale of Neath with two Water Street loops thrown in for good measure and I must concur.
Headwind from Abercynon to Port Talbot...... There were tears......... |

my elite ride was 10mins on turbo, kindly lent by my trusty domestique, in kitchen no headwind but it was roasting cos dawn was making sunday dinner! lol i must say i now have the legs of an athelete, problem is the right one is like sir lance armstrongs, the left is like giant haystacks !!!!!!!!!!
