Some AMBITIOUS boys (Dan, Rhys, myself and Rob Powell of the Ogmore) tackled this ride yesterday in BLEAK conditions. Well done boys, great ride and we'll feel the benefits of that in the season!

well said Dave. nothing will set you up for a hard race more than that ride. there is no such thing as leaving it on the road. bring on a 7hr bad boy next week. Rhys

I think its great you elite racers are all riding together as a group. You'll be doing well this year in the TT and road races. Keep it up lads
