Our road is still like a skating rink, tried the MTB yesterday which was OK on the road but hard going in thick snow, only fell off once!
Think I will wait until it thaws a bit before trying a road bike, have a nice christmas.

I took this pic during the recent thaw:
If you look carefully you can see there is a passenger inside it, most of the way towards falling asleep. First time in the trailer and straight off to sleep! It was pretty hard to get hold of one of these market-leading trailers - competition for them on eBay is fierce, but we finally found an auction that wasn't Pick Up Only and actually went for less than half of what they cost new. (It's a Croozer Kid 1 for those who are interested) If anyone would like the borrow it for training purposes (occupant not included) then feel free. It's like towing a caravan ![]() _______________ Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me. |

Of course it's not all plain sailing...
The irony is of course I'd only just passed two kids on motorbikes. _______________ Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me. |
