Ok sorry for the delay. I was meant to be going away this weekend but the weather has ruled that out so designed a nice route for Sunday.

Poor show from the PT ELITE today - only Disco and Flybynight at the Plaza. FBN had to turn back at Gorseinon to get back in time for work leaving me to go it alone.

The route was choosen well and avoided much of the ice with the only dodgy bit being the valley road around Capel Dewi. It wasn't quite as easy as I thought it would be and the roads from Llanelli to Carmarthen and back to Swansea were very tumpy and by Pontardulais I was blowing. Fortunately it was nothing a quick Cadbury's Boost and bottle of Oasis couldn't solve and I was back on the road.

I got back to Porthcawl with just under 6 hours on the clock and bang on 100miles.
