Well I returned from Oz on Sunday after 3 weeks away and as well as seemingly putting most of the weight back on that I lost this year getting back into cycling I managed to pick up a DVT! So its not just the 30 degree drop in temperature stopping me cycling at the moment :( Thought you might like to see this great pic I took, some of you know my son's name Cadel, not named after the Grumpy Australian cyclist but due to its Welsh meaning'Spirit of the battle'.
