I know these are meant to start in November but my training started this week and I'd like to get things underway this weekend so in accordance with the new procedure this is the route I am proposing for this Sunday (31/10/10):
http://www.mapmyride.com/route/gb/port%20talbot/743128799529278464
It's a hilly 85 miles but the aim will be steady and not too crazy on the climbs. The route will do the hard work.
So anyone who's interested - Plaza at 9.30am.

Good ride today - 4 Hardy Souls attempted the route which apart from a little shower on the way up to the Black Mountain was dry and bright. Me, Les, Nigel Pitt and Hefin. A nice steady pace all day which was just as well, the climbs were hard enough without having to worry about the pace!
A good solid 85 miles in the bank and some great base miles. It's only going to get faster and harder from here! _______________ The Force is strong in this one...
