Squadra Lonely was a depleted squadra today with only me riding the 10 at Cwmcarn.

The event was won by Matt Rowe with a 20:56
I did a 24:54. All in all I think I came 11th out of the 40 or so starters the Vets Prize being won By John Shehan. But most people enjoyed the course although the last two miles are tough
