Full squad turned out today for the race which is now called the KATE Auchterlonie MEMORIAL R.R. with the exception of Hefin , who was supposed to be riding in the Midlands, but spent the day in bed with stomach trouble, the squad did very well, best placed rider was Disco who came in a creditable 5th or 6th , a creditable ride as two pro,s 1st and 2nd i.e Matt Rowe WILLIER/BIGMAGGY and Hugh Wilson Team Quroz. Curtis and Mark , having started with the 1st group finished comfortly in the bunch. James came in just off the back of the bunch having done massive turns on the front , to keep Disco up there ,speed on the dual carriageway hitting 68kph!. I dare say Disco will put in a more colourful and more entertaining report when he recovers

Thanks Pip, I rode all the way over to Hardwick to support the squadra but the race didn't go there !!!!

Well done Davey, could not understand why you were left off the original result, i was on the line and you were definately in the first six as per the original race report from me.

Fortunatley Steve T did a cracking CSI Miami style reconstruction and made huge efforts to get the result amended for which I'm very grateful. Chapeau to Steve!
