Two squadra members are competing in this race over the Easter weekend, based on the west coast of Ireland.

Hefin and I take to a 4 day race that includes two stages 90 miles in length, one with a mountain top finish and all while being battered by the brutal Atlantic wind.

Scan ebay when we get back and you might see all our bikes and kit being flogged by two mentally destroyed Welshmen!!
