Just to put you all in the picture, a PTWCC member put his bike into a new local bike shop for repair and was not very happy when he received the bill. Apparently he was charged £10 for a bolt, does sound a bit excessive, untill you get the breakdown,

carriage,£4.00
phone calls to source part, £4.00
labour (to correct members F$%^up, 1 hour.

If you take into Consideration, the afore mentioned member had visited nearly every other velocopede emporium in South Wales and was met with a "we can't help you", and the fact of the 6 or 7 phone calls it took to source the part, I seriously think the proprietor went the extra yard to accomadate him and charged a fair rate.
