You will need to bring a bike but the rollers are there. Don't know if it's on - need to find out if the Community Centre is open. Anyone?

In the heats. Dave narrowly beat Chris in what was a great contest where chris led until the last 100m

Brian had a bye because Phil retired hurt (not due to crashing but because his lungs had burst.....lol)

The final was again a very keen contest this time between Brian Spark and Dave Crowley. Now whether it was because Brian had done one less run than Dave, or because he's a wiz on rollers...... Brian won by half a needle........ Once again Dave was coming back at him and the consensus was that if it had been 50m further dave would probably have won.. .

Even though there were only 4 competitors, there were some awesome rides boys and lets see in two weeks and its all good practice for the match against Bynea on Friday 5th Feb

Thanks for that Les. To be honest for a workout of such short duration it was the most horrible painful thing I've ever done. That said I have just ordered a set of rollers so look out!
