Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me.

If she does, and with the wives away, then "Cher and Cher alike".

I'll get me coat.

Having spoken to Mr Bruce and a few other members of the training weekend group,We realise that on a whole we are not the most svelte or even the fittest bunch to leave the Plazza on a mini tour,BUT and I must stress, that we do realise that we are representing and carrying the flag for the P.T.W.C.C and therefor under no circumstances(including wetting rain)will we beg to be allowed to ride shot gun in the support vehicle.

Hi Paul: You are welcome to come on the training ride, however the B & B that I have booked is full and that means that you will need to organise your own accomodation. We are staying inside the town walls of Tenby on Saturday evening- if that helps.

According to the Beeb the weather looks good for Saturday but really iffy for Sunday. But, hey, I'm a double hard Flandrian so I'm really not bothered. Bring it on!

Hey Jack, I'm more of a double cream flan man, but I'll ride home in the rain with you on sunday!

Listen! Why don't we throw in an individual time trial from St Clears to Red Roses for those of you who are feeling frisky. ;)

Have faith Jack. I am sure that all will be well, but I think I might prepare my winter transport just in case.
Only one more sleep.

Forgive my ignorance, but I thought mudguards and lights along with club kit would have been order of the day.Look on the bright side Jack there won't be a lot of dust about!
