As you are all aware , Griff is at these chmps. Latest news i can find on our Griff, is that he was 5th in the 500m final and has qualified as 4th fastest in the 3 lap sprint, i am sure you will all be rooting for him!

I stand corrected, got excited about seeing a result on veloriders website, don,t think Griff will be though when he sees he is a "very old person"!

Update on the WORLD MASTERS GAMES, Griff picked up the bronze medal in the 3 lap sprint. Congrats,keep you all posted on any further results

Our "old man"Griff has just earned another Bronze medal at the WORLD MASTERS GAMES,this time in the 5km scratch race, carry on like this and he might win the club track shield again!
