I'll be going up with the club run Martin but I am unsure of where we will be marshalling.

Paul,
When there is a club OPEN event, There's NO club run ..... because all club members who are NOT in the race would be helping with the running of said event

Anthony,
For all intent and purpose it was like a club run. we were like the second shift and took over from little John who wasnt well and some other to..ers!!! How was your day?
Administrator
Great day Paul. Myself and Vernon where putting signs and arrows up at 7.30 am. Then we spent the next 5 hours supporting pusher off-ers, timekeepers AND marshalls ( where did you say you were .... and when ? ) and making sure they were well fed and watered !!!
Next time I think I'll go on the second shift club run

From a personal point of view sorry I didn't say thank you to the marshalls en route (I do try to normally) but everything was hurting today so I'll just say thank you now, as once again you've done the club proud

ahhh, and rest. Not really sure which part of me hurts the most. Great event guys, very well organised and in my dribbling state as I went round the high vis jackets were easily seen so i knew where to go.
On the hurting front, must get a better TT chamouis, my nadgers were killing me from about 15miles on. with all the faffing trying to stop the pain I recon I could have gone at least 30secs faster ;) Along with Stuarts recommendation for me to get a skinsuit to shave off another 30secs  I'd have done a 53.

Anyway back to winter training, already looking forward to next years races. Cheers for all you help and advice so far, it's been greatly appriciated.

Also hoping to get over to the plaza for some clubs rides as well during the winter.
I'm Off to the pub for a well earned pint. :P
