Sqaudra Pista alias James Lewis and Griff picked up a couple of medals on the first day of the Chmps,Griff taking 3rd place in the Keirin open and a gold medal in the Vets catergory, James came in 4th in the open 10k scratch and a silver in the Welsh catergory,also a bronze medal in the 3000m pursuit, confused,well so was me and Tud,and we were watching the events!2nd day should be easier . we hope
