Meet at plaza at 8am then up and over bwlch, swing a right and head down to bridgend/ewenny to meet up with rest of boys at the caff, and ride home together.

Due to the abscence of our "leader" shirley, i am planning a longish ride tomorrow.
Meet at plaza at 8am then up and over bwlch, swing a right and head down to bridgend/ewenny to meet up with rest of boys at the caff, and ride home together. Anyone in? |

Have you seen the forecast for the weekend. No thanks hate going over there on a sunny day but not 2moro. I did 70 miles last Saturday starting at 8:45 ish met the 9:30 ride at the plaza and finished off riding to Baglan and back home by 1pm.
8:00 AM too early for me. ps 70 miles a long un for me! |

I'm out of action tomorrow. Had injections in the nether regions this week, trying to cure this back of mine. Been told to take a week off.

Sounds very painfull martin, hope you get back on the bike soon, probably best to wear TWO pairs of shorts for the 1st ride!!!
