Alright Dai!, theres quite often a ride on a bank holiday Monday, I think it leaves the Plaza about 10 a.m. Did you get you're new 'un?.

Thanks kev.
Did get my new"un", unfortunately at the moment i dont like it!
I took it for a short spin yesterday but it has a "dead, flat" sort of feel to it, it seems to take a lot of effort to get it up to speed and its not very responsive.
Im going to put a different set of wheels and tyres on it later to see if that improves the"feel". Fingers crossed!

A legendary CAAD9, surely not ;)

Alfie, i got a caad9 cannondale on saturday, as i said earlier it didnt have the best "feel" to it.
However, i have just put a set of mavic kysyrium elites with scwalbe ultremo tyres and also an ultegra cassette (it came with cheap shimano rims and £10 tyres), i guess they had to cut costs somewhere.
The difference is amazing! I have read for years that the best upgrade is the wheels, and to be honest i have never noticed a big difference in the past, until now. I will be putting in some miles on it this week so will post further results then, but on the short test ride ive just given it all should be well.Thankfully!
