Good ride last night - George, me + Rhys and Dave Lloyd out. Did the usual Tuesday ride in reverse, and needless to say Rhys gave all of our legs a good stretching. Word of warning though - Dave Lloyd was looking good last night and I think if he keeps this up will be a man to watch this season. You heard it here first.

Thanks Dave,
My only claim to fame is beating Charles up Dan-y-graig hill last week. Rumors are he is now a broken man!!! As for James Lewis putting a post on the web site and the not turning up....disappointing to say the least. |
