Good to see everyone enjoyed last weeks ride. This Sundays ride for those in a fit state will head out towards Bridgend as there will be riders heading up to the WCA presentation we will go out towards Pencoed and likely to end up in Ewenny Cafe where paracetemol will be given out with teas and coffees.

What about those of us who will be in the Mcdonalds in Pontyclun - Will there be paracetomol for us too ?

Mcdonalds have stated openly that they have removed all additives from their meals Anthony , so I would take your own pain relief if I were you!
