Before anyones ask how today went, then the only way to describe it "the kickin from hell and back", got shot out the back of the middle group after 2.5 laps,, i think james would describe his race the same too !!!

Butt Betty Pharoh is off for me dude !!!, weston beach front crits, dont fancy another demoralising sunday morning kickin again !!, need to build my self confidence back up,an smash the 3rd/4th cat race, put these pettachi thighs to good use !!!! |

Would hate to dissappoint you but I've been told the Western Crits have a dead turn and circuit only 800-1000m long, will never stay together as a bunch!!
