Hi,

Would anyone know if there is a 100m () TT taking place near Llandeilo or Llandovery this year?
Any ideas on the date and which club puts the event on?

if you go onto the welsh cycling association website - or the ctt website - you will find a list of ALL the TTs being run in Wales.

100 meter time trial !! despite my pathetic showing at the first 2 rounds of our winter roller league, im starting to become a reckonised threat as a track sprinter!!! so the thought of 100 meter races sounds like my sort of thing !!! but im kinda thinking that the 'm' doesnt mean meters, and its unfortunatly refering to miles !!!!

I stood guard over the Llangadog roundabout during last years National(?) 100 miler, which for some reason was timed to coincide with the first day of the Royal Welsh, so the road was plagued with slow-moving trailers, but never mind about that. I hope everyone saw yesterday's BBC news and the impressive footage of the car speeding across the level crossing. Not surprisingly it was Llangadog again.

I can personally vouch that traffic does come out of Llangadog at that sort of speed, taking the roundabout flat, and certainly not giving way to any mere cyclist. Why would they, if they don't even give way to trains??? I feel somewhat vindicated by yesterday's footage in casting aspersions on Llangadog drivers, and shall continue to do so!
