hi gang, avn't been out lately cos of the dreaded man flew, feeling bit better now though. sorry to hear that numbers training on tues & thurs are dwindling . being a swansea lad i found it a bit akward to get there & back as some nights i dont finish work till 5.45. but if its of any use to anyone traing rides around the lake have started with a good turn out of 6 to 8 riders each night (tues/thurs) start 6.30. if this is easer for anyone to get to please feel free to turn up. i,m not trying to poach people to do this ride its just easier for me.

I am still riding on a Tuesday and occasional Thursday
Tuesday last week, and this week gone.
Managing 9 -10 min loops.

What time you going out titus?

Sorry Tim, I ain't been out on the ride for several weeks, and I seem to have confused my times, Ive been getting to baglan by 6.30 and it should have been 6.00, so don't go adjusting your times, I'll adjust mine. Hopefully see you Thursday.
