As i decided not to race last night at the "NEWPORT TRACK LEAGUE" as i have had 3 weeks away from the bloody place and didint fancy a kickin this time of year, i thought to my self, lets ride up to newport and watch TANK get a kicking instead!!
What a ride 50 miles, -4 degrees, 2hours 40mins !!!!! all i can say is i think this now has certified me as a HARDEND biker, dont you all think !!! water bottle froze too slush puppie b4 id got to cowbridge and flap jacks in my back pocket were so cold they were tooo hard to chew, but i have to say it didnt feel that cold !!! and there didnt seem to be any black ice on the main routes so credit wheres it due for a change to the local councils of which i think 4 boroughs i drove through the roads were well gritted....

Thanks Charles. Will need it when this chest infection clears and I can start riding again instead of spending all this time on the computer, getting more unfit by the day. Missing the club weekend riding get togethers. _______________ Born to ride (Unless it's raining )
