Just letting you all know if anyones planning on riding over to the club run tomorow morning the cycle path between llandarcy and briton ferry is badly frozen pretty much all the way down but especialy that puddle that always forms just as you come down the slip from the llandarcy end thats 2 inch solid ice. !!!!

Would appriceate anyone else who has come across some dangerous patches of ice roads/path the last couple of days to let us all know !!

Yes, it looks a bit chilly tomorrow doesn't it? I went out this morning and the main road to Porthcawl (via Mawdlam and Kenfig) was fine (thanks for the SitRep JD) but I then came back along Moor Lane and it was decidely d-icey (see what I did there?) and I was spinning the lightest gear possible and deliberately riding in the dirty bits that you'd normally avoid. When I rejoined the main road by the Adventure Centre thingy it was fine.

the cycle path all the way to Mumbles ( and back ) was full of frost today even the parts in the sun !

And we had a faller LAST week on the old back road between Tonna and Resolven

There you go, the fact that I have been violently ill over the last two days must have been a message from him upstairs to stop me from going out and falling off..... Fate eh!
