You can do all the carbo-loading you need whilst on tour using the patented Jeff Bruce 'Worthington Creamflow' method. Member	Alf, I would be grateful if you could not place nutritional advice like this online - I am trying my hardest to let CJ know that there are other methods of getting his carbohydrates apart from in the brown liquid form. If he reads this thread all my hard work will be in vain.

At the moment I have harvested emails off the Forum, as far as I can, but I don't seem to have email addresses for: CJ Russel Ley Andrew ? Lyndon Jones +2 Ian Davies so if these people have email addresses, and they would like to be added to the mailing list, let me know. The list may not work yet.
