Well bu..er me lads. I sprained my ankle a week ago today and I mean a cracker. I'm still having problems and the A&E have made an appointment for me tomorrow with physio in the hospital. Its really got me as I been jogging over the last 4 months and have been getting into pretty good shape. Havent lost much weight but was just concentrating on getting fit. The idea was to get fitter and then start introdicing using my MB and gradually leave the running alone, join the club again so Anthony can give me a push. But things havent gone as planned. THe only good thing is I will have to ride a bike anyway as I pribarly wont be able to jog for about 6 weeks ( according to the doctor). I'm on the lookout for a road bike :mrgreen:
