There is a new sort of programme in wales to help elite riders now. www.dragonriderfund.co.uk The Dragon fund aims to underpin the performance strategy of Welsh Cycling and to be a fully independent source of funding for talented riders. it's all new and still work in progress. if you could all take a look. be good to build some support for it.
