This weeks event is a team time trial. The idea being to pair up and do some quality training/pacing .

Well what a laugh !!!!
It seems that a few riders haven't quite grasped the essence of Team time trialling !!!  Driving home along the dual I passed more than one team with riders 100 yards apart  Lesson one ...... John Willy care to explain the rudiments of team time trialling ? ! |
