Holy thread resurrection Batman!
I had this film as a 'stocking filler' Christmas present thingy and it really is good. Thankfully, it's a British production so doesn't have Graeme Obree winning World War 2 for America waving the star spangled banner and the film captures the 90's really well, even down to the bikes, cycle helmets and clothing used in a 'chipper' bike race! There's just a bit of 'dramatic licence' with the timeline that actually improves the film, especially when you consider that it's meant for the masses and not just us afficionadoes (I can't explain as I'll spoil the plot but if you've read the book then you'll know what I mean when you see it).
