looks like my seasons over after i cracked a rib last week. means i'm going to miss the junior nationals and the junior tour of wales! :(

sorry to hear that jon, james is out too. attended hospital on monday to drain fluid off his thigh, complete rest ordered by the consultant.seeyou soon

Jon & James - don't know how you are fixed but you could have a last throw of the dice in the Ystwth RR 16th Sept. Otherwise get well soon.

Despite me being a football fan, James is right!

I injured myself (damaging the tendon that runs from the groin to the hip) playing footie 2 years ago and I'm still not right.

And it also serves you right for having pointy bits. Now if you were suitably well-padded like me you'd have been alright.

I find that even after a quick kick around with my brother I ache from head to toe. Dread to think what state a full blown match would do to me. Too much twisting and turning. And I agree with Alf, serves you right for being too skinny ;)

what makes it worse is that I was txted by the Welsh team manager for the Junior tour asking why I had pulled out and that I would have been selected for the Welsh team. I've now seen the start sheet and replacing me in the welsh team is my cousin! sickening.
