Well episide 3 is repeated tonight at 23.20hrs and has a reasonable enough resume.

Have a look here http://www.tv-links.co.uk/, its a bit hit and miss but worth a try, and this one is good if you can get it http://joox.net/. Both sites come and go so be patient, I'm at the end of season one of heroes.

YEs, it gets better if you can get through the first few episodes. BBC3 shows the next episode straight after BBC2's. Cheerleaders!
